Additionally, pursuant to Title IX and relevant state law, no individual shall, on the basis of sex (which includes marital status, parenthood, and pregnancy), be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.

Notice of the Title IX Coordinator
The District's Title IX Coordinator for Staff is Maryellen Manning, Chief of Staff. The District's Title IX Coordinator for Students is Mark Spalding, Director of Pupil Services. Any individual may make a report of sex discrimination and/or sexual harassment to any District employee or directly to the Title IX Coordinators using any one, or multiple, of the following points of contact:
