On Watch: Luke Lacki

CSDNB District Security Manager Russell Taylor is committed to recognizing staff members who go above and beyond to ensure our schools remain safe and secure. Through the Safety and Security Award, Taylor honors individuals whose dedication has a meaningful impact on school safety, and he recently named a new recipient, Luke Lacki.

Lacki, a Computer Repair Specialist in the Information Technology Department, was recognized for his consistency and technical expertise in maintaining the security platforms at New Britain High School. His dedication to troubleshooting issues, ensuring system availability, and providing patient, professional support to the security control team has been critical to keeping security systems dependable and fully functional. Taylor shared that Luke’s behind-the-scenes work plays an essential role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for students and staff.
