Immunization and Flu Vaccine Clinics

Our School-Based Health Centers will host a series of immunization clinics this December to help keep our students healthy and up to date on required vaccines.

All attendees must be enrolled with the School-Based Health Center. Enroll today for free if you have not already!

You can make an appointment or enroll here!

All clinics will operate as usual during the morning, and after dismissal they will shift to vaccine-only appointments with open slots available for parents to schedule once their student is signed up. Walk-in appointments may be available.

Tuesday, December 9

  • Smalley Elementary School, 175 West Street,12:40 - 4:40 PM
  • Pulaski Middle School, 757 Farmington Ave, 1:00 - 4:00 PM
  • Both clinics are open to all CSDNB Students ages 18 and under

Wednesday, December 10

PreK Flu Vaccines, December 9 and 10

Roosevelt Campus and Gaffney School will host flu vaccine clinics on December 9 and December 10 from 12:40 - 4:40 PM for PreK students. Attendees must be enrolled with SBHC. The Gaffney flu vaccine clinic is only open to Gaffney PreK students. The Roosevelt flu vaccine clinic is only open to Roosevelt PreK students.

Per the Connecticut State Department of Education, Pre-K students must receive at least one dose of influenza (“flu”) vaccine administered each year between August 1 and December 31. PreK students who are non-compliant will be unable to return to school on January 2, 2026.
