Still need a required school immunization or physical before the start of the school year? The New Britain Health Department, in partnership with Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC), is offering a clinic to help families make sure students are ready for school.

Walk-ins welcome; appointments preferred

Families should bring their child’s immunization records, if available. To schedule an appointment, call 860-826-3464.

Reminder: Students who are not in compliance with Connecticut’s required school immunizations will not be permitted to attend school or enter the building until their requirements are met.
